An online community, Savage HQ today distributes writing materials to Schools across Kogi central, in Kogi state.
According to reports gathered by middleReporters correspondent, the gesture is solely out of the burning desire of the association to provide succour for the less privileged, also to help in complementing the present government on her efforts to give educational sector a facelift.
The founder of the Group, Mr AbdulMumuni Aka Aba, expressed profound gratitude to members of the group who have appreciated the idea to give back to the society, hence it is the only way to serve purpose of existence.
Among the schools visited, was Anyoke Community primary school, located at Anyoke/Okunchi ward in Adavi local government, Kogi state.
The headteacher of the school, thanked Mr Akaaba for this unprecedented gesture, and calling on various individuals, and well-to-do citizens to emulate this gesture. He further stressed on the need to support the parents in easing them stress of providing writing materials for their children.
” This gesture is awe-inspiring, and its coming is significantly at the appropriate time which we least expect it, schools have resumed and most parents are finding it, inexplicably difficult to provide for their children, The Savage HQ has answered the yearning of those under the duress and confinement of hardship by making their children owners of what they don’t expect, I prayed for everyone who is present today, and other members of this group to always excel in whatever good they rest hands upon”
Mr AbdulMumuni, appreciate students of all schools visited, and commended the good moral conduct exhibited, calling on The Kogi state government to make the priority of Students her uttermost concern, as it is widely affirmed that students are truly and duly the leaders of tomorrow.
