Eid-el-Kabir: Nasarawa Speaker, Balarabe Calls For Love, Tolerance, Peace And Fervent Prayers To End Insecurity, Scourge



As Muslims celebrates this year Eid-el- Kabir, Speaker, Nasarawa State House of Assembly, Alhaji Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi, has advocated for fervent prayers to end the challenges of insecurity and COVID-19 as well as sustain peace in the country.

The speaker in a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Jibrin Gwamna felicitates with Muslims on the celebration of Eid-el-Kabir and urged them to extend hands of friendship to non Muslims and the less privileged in the society.

The state number Three citizen called on the people of the state and Nigerians to show love to one another,tolerate each others religion and be patriotic citizens for peace and development to thrive.

While describing prayers as key to human existence he called on believers to intensify prayers for God’s intervention to end the challenges of insecurity and the dreaded COVID-19 pandemic.

Balarabe Abdullahi enjoined citizens to adhere strictly to COVID-19 protocols to curtail its spread in the society and celebrate peacefully while remain committed to constituted authorities.

Speaker Balarabe Abdullahi appealed to the people of the state to continue to show understanding with government through prayers and support for more democratic dividends thus re-assured of the state assembly’s commitment to continue to do that which will be in the interest of the state and its citizens.
