Stakeholders in Gadabuke Development Area said that they have resolved to cast their votes for APC Presidential candidate Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Governor Abdullahi Sule and other APC candidates.
This was the resolutions reached during stakeholders meeting held on Friday in Gadabuke Development Area ahead of Tuesday 7th of February, 2023 visit of Governor Abdullahi Sule to the area.
The stakeholders meeting organized by the Overseer Gadabuke Development Area Hon. Yusuf Samson brought together serving and former elected and appointed political office holders in the area.
The meeting was among other things to chant a way forward for the people politically ahead of general election as well as next week Tuesday 7th February scheduled visit of Governor Abdullahi Sule to the area for his second round Statewide campaign tour.
Declaring the meeting open the Overseer Gadabuke Development Area Hon. Yusuf Samson said it was aimed at meeting with the stakeholders ahead of the Governor’s visit as well as taking a common position for the upcoming general election and its success in the area.
He emphasized the need for all to join hands together and support the government of the day under Engr. Abdullahi Sule considering his developmental strides for more democratic dividends.
He enjoined all those who contested in various positions in APC and could not make it to accept it as the will of God as according to him their time shall come in the near future.
He enjoined them to join hands with the Party’s candidates to work together for the victory of Sen. Bola Ahmed Tinubu as president, Governor Abdullahi Sule and other APC candidates.
Other Speakers at the meeting which include Madaki Ada-Goje the former State Assembly Member from the area, Prince Aliyu Sani the first Executive Chairman Toto LG and Benjamin Musa Belodu former Overseer Gadabuke Development Area among others speakers drummed support for Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Governor Abdullahi Sule among other APC candidates.
“we are committed to returning Governor Abdullahi Sule and our member at the State Assembly Hon. Usman Labaran Shafa to their offices for the second terms and other APC candidates, that is our position “they said.
They also called on their people to be law abiding, remain committed to constituted authorities and come out in their numbers to welcome Governor Abdullahi Sule and his entourage to the area on Tuesday 7th of this month.
