As the 2023 General Elections draws closer, political players aspiring for positions has to continue to make known their plans and agendas for the people as regards touching the lives of others and the society positively.
In an with an aspirant Member, Kogi State House of Assembly, representing Kogi State Constituency, Adamu Ibrahim Ozoko, said he is out to serve as a voice to the people of the Constituency.
Ozoko who made the promise after picking his 2Million Naira Nomination and Expression of Interest Forms at the Kogi State Secretariat of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), noted that his focus will be on legislative issues that will bring the needed development to the Constituency.
He pointed out that his decision to represent the people at the State House of Assembly was borne out his desire to see the people enjoy the dividends of democracy to the fullest, stressing that the people deserve more of government’s presence.
“This quest is not about me, it’s about the people. I am of the grassroots and it will be my joy to see them make progress. I have been with them and I know exactly their pains
“Our people deserves more dividends of democracy, our youths needs to be more engaged in profitable ventures, I a seeking to represent them to bridge this gap and engage in legislative business that will bring high profit to the Constituency, these and more we are out to do” he said.
The Aspirant appreciated the people for their support so far to his aspiration, adding that he will not betray their trust if elected for the position in the coming elections.
Supporters and friends of Adamu Ibrahim Ozoko from all walks of life; who are of the belief that he has the capacity to draw government’s attention to the Constituency, trooped out in their numbers to accompany him to purchase the APC Nomination and Expression of Interest Forms to run for the seat of the State House of Assembly for Kogi State Constituency in the 2023 General Elections.
