2023: Nasarawa Majority Leader, LG Commissioner, organize solidarity rally for Gov. Sule’s re-election.

The Majority Leader Nasarawa State House of Assembly Hon. Umar Tanko Tunga (APC AWE NORTH) and Hon Yusuf Aliyu Turaki, the State Commissioner for Local Government, Chieftaincy Affairs and Community Development, today organised a solidarity rally to drum support for the re-election of Gov. Abdullahi Sule come 2023.

Turaki while speaking during the rally in Awe said that Gov. Sule has performed beyond all expectations, hence the need for all hands to be on deck to return him to government House come 2023.

” His Excellency, Engr. Abdullahi Sule has performed well in almost all sectors of the economy

” Let’s all support him to succeed beyond 2023,” he said.

The commissioner assured of his continued readiness to mobilise support for Gov. Sule to succeed beyond 2023.

Also Speaking , Hon Umar Tanko Tunga, the Majority Leader of the Nasarawa State House of Assembly, who is the Chairman of the Occasion, has also called on the people of Awe Local Government Area and the State at large to support Gov. Sule to succeed beyond 2023.

Tunga said that the Governor’s developmental strides would earn him second term in office come 2023.

” And this will enable us and other people of the State enjoy more dividends of democracy,” he said.

“On peace and security alone which are the basis of development, even the Governor’s enemy will appreciate his efforts not to talk of investments and other developmental initiatives” Hon Tunga said.

The Majority Leader assured of his commitment to go to nocks and crannies of Awe to mobilize support for the Governor to succeed in 2023.

In his Speech, Gov. Abdullahi Sule, represented by Barr Muhammad Aliyu Ubandoma, the SSG appreciated the organizers of the rally and other Awe stakeholders for drumming support for his administration to succeed beyond 2023.

Sule said that he would consolidate on his achievements, if voted for second term in 2023.

The Governor reiterated his administration continued commitment to key into good policies and programmes that would have direct bearing on the lives of the people of the state.

It was gathered that the venue of the event was filled to capacity as citizens trooped out in their numbers to show support for the Governor.
