The senate minority leader, Senator Philip Aduda representing the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, has urged people of the territory and Nigerians to vote for the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar during the 2023 general election, saying Nigerians will witness rapid and unprecedented development across all sectors.

Aduda, who was speaking while inaugurating the local government campaign council in Kuje on Thursday, said the leadership under Atiku Abubakar, will also tackle insecurity across the country.
The senate minority leader, therefore, commended the PDP led administration of the chairman Kuje area council, Abdullahi Suleiman Sabo, for his quality leadership in providing in providing viable infrastructures for the good people of the council.
He, however, commending the choice of Abdullahi Sabo as the chairman campaign of the council of Kuje Area council, even as he expressed confidence in the council chairman’s ability to deliver the party on all fronts in 2023 general election.
Earlier in his welcome address, the Chairman of Kuje Area Council, Abdullahi Suleiman Sabo, urged people of the council that voting the PDP flag bearers and in 2023 general election will translate into greater prosperity for them.
He, however, stressed the need to embark on wider consultations with all stakeholders, including community leaders, religious leaders, traders and other interest groups in order for the party to achieve its desired goals.
The deputy state chairman of the PDP ,Alhaji Babaji, while inaugurating the 9-man campaign councils, and 500 sub-committee, urged members to deploy all available resources for the victory of the PDP at all levels in 2023 general election.
On his part, the campaign Director General (DG) for Aduda, Hon Dalhatu Ezekiel , expressed satisfaction with the composition of the local government campaign council, urging the members to ensure people of Kuje area council know that Aduda who has continued to build bridges in the Nigerian political space, has a great mission of taking FCT to higher development pedestals.
According to him, there should be wider consultations with all stakeholders, including community leaders, religious leaders, traders and other interest groups when strategising campaigns to achieve the desired goals.
The chairman who double as the Abuja South coordinator of Atiku/Okowa Presidential campaign council, expressed confidence that the members have the capacity and all it takes to ensure the victory of Senator Aduda, and other PDP candidates at the polls in the 2023 general elections.
Our correspondent report that the senate minority leader also inaugurated the local government campaign council for Bwari and AMAC.
Highlight of the event was the official inauguration of the committee by the state deputy vice chairman of PDP and official presentation of vehicles to the campaign council by Senator Aduda.
