A 2023 Kogi State House of Assembly hopeful for Dekina/Biraidu State Constituency, Hon. Emuga Asiru Shehu, has promised good tidings for the people of the Constituency if elected for the position.
Hon. Emuga Asiru made the promise after picking his 2Million Naira Nomination and Expression of Interest Forms from the Secretariat of the Kogi State All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lokoja.
The Aspirant who was surrounded by massive supporters said the show of love by the people was as a result of their believe in his capacity to deliver the needed results to them, stressing that if given the mandate, he will not betray their trust.
“I have been enjoying unprecedented support from the good people of Dekina/Biraudu State Constituency, it’s so massive that I lack words to appreciate them
“The only way I can pay them back for their support so far is by representing well and if given this mandate, I will surely reciprocate this good gesture of my people by providing them good, qualitative and worthy representation
“The journey is still far but, I am already seeing Light at the End of the Tunnel for the good People of Dekina/Biraidu State Constituency and by the grace of God, victory shall ours” he said.
The Aspirant promised that youths, men and women, associations, among others will be carried along in the discharge of his legislative duties, calling for more of the support of the people to enable him succeed.
