… as the lawmaker tasks youth on western education.

Hon Mohammed Okpoku, member representing Udege/ Loko Constituency at the Nasarawa State House of Assembly, has called on the youths of his constituency to embrace education considering its importance to human and societal development.

Okpoku, who is the Chairman House Committee on NASIEC made the call while unveiling a billboard constructed for him by the Udege Youths Progressive Association in Udege.

The lawmaker appreciated the youths for constructing the billboard towards drumming support for his third-term ambition.

He said that he would continue to put smiles on the faces of the people of his constituency as their representative in the House.

” I want to appreciate you for the gesture and to assure you of my continued commitment to representing you well at the House at all times.

” This is to improve on your standard of living and for the overall development of our constituency and the state at large,” he said

He also called on the youths and other people of the state to continue to live in unity, and embrace tolerance, harmony, and peace irrespective of their affiliations for development to thrive.

The lawmaker called on them and other people of the state to support Gov. Abdullahi Sule’s administration to succeed beyond 2023.

The youths said they constructed the billboard with Hon Okpoku’s image and inscriptions calling for his continuation in the House come 2023.
