The Onah of Toto, HRH. Alhaji Umar Muhammed Azaki, has thrown his weight behind the administration of Governor Abdullahi Sule, of Nasarawa state towards implementing projects that has impact on the lives of the citizenry.

The second class traditional ruler stated this while playing host to a group of APC Women wing led by Hajiya Fatima Ahmed, Special Adviser to the Governor on solid Minerals, at his palace in Toto, Wednesday.

Receiving the APC Women for Abdullahi Sule support group led by Hajiya Fatima Ahmed, the Special Adviser to Governor Abdullahi Sule on solid minerals, the Ohinoyi Ogye and Onah of Toto, Alhaji Umar Azaki, expressed pleasantries with their visit which according to him was geared towards canvassing support for the re-election of Governor Abdullahi Sule for the second term.

The monarch, said there are factors capable of returning Governor Abdullahi Sule for the second term in office which include tackling of security challenges in Nasarawa State particularly Toto Local government area, the construction of Toto Umaisha road as well as awarding of contract for the construction of Toto modern market among other numerous project and pledge their support to the APC led government in the state to succeed.

Earlier, the Special Adviser to Governor Abdullahi Sule on solid minerals and leader of the delegation, Fatima Ahmed, informed the the traditional ruler that they were at his palace to receive royal blessings and to also inform him of a programme organized to sensitize women on voter education.

Away from the palace, Hajiya Fatima Ahmed addressed women groups from all tribes residents in Toto Local government at Central Primary school Toto, where she urged them to vote Governor Abdullahi Sule for the second term to enable him complete all the projects initiated just as she encouraged them on the need to collect their permanent voter cards and used it wisely during the general election.

On their parts, chairman, Toto Local government area, Hon. Aliyu Abdullahi Tashas, represented by his deputy, Alhaji Abubakar Haruna Kwanakis, the councilor, representing Toto electoral ward, Hon. Abdullazeez Ahmed, and the supervisory council, Hon. Danlami Garkuwa, among others, commended the special Adviser for organizing the awareness campaign on voter education, calling on a women groups not to be deceived by any political party other than APC which is the only party to vote in the next month general election for progress

The Special Adviser, Hajiya Fatima Ahmed and her team also addressed the village heads of Toto Local Government area, where she informed them on the re-election bid of Governor Abdullahi Sule, and sued for the support of the community leaders to enable APC emerge victorious during the general election, just as Alhaji Adamu Danjuma, the chairman of village heads of Toto, who was pleased by the adress of the Governor’s aid and expressed their total support for the success of APC in the Local government.

The special advised sponsored over 70 applicants who can not afford to register the UTME Examination this year.
