Comrade Benjamin Jeremiah Ojodale, the Chairman Kogi State chapter of the National Youth Council of Nigeria, NYCN, has acknowledged the solidarity and support he is getting since he assumed office barely a week into his administration.

The Chairman stated this on Friday when he received some officials from the National secretariat ably led by the National PRO, Dotun Omoleye to pay him a congratulatory visit at his office, Youth House Lokoja, along Lugard road.

He emphasize the need for the youth at all level to unite as to gain from the present administration from LG, State and national respectively.

Benjamin Ojodale who single out the incumbent Governor of Kogi State, )Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello for investing hugely on Kogi youth through mentorship, empowerment and other programs.

Ojodale pledged to be a Chairman of all irrespective of religion, political and tribal differences, calling on the youth to give him the necessary support to succeed.

He discribed Governor Yahaya Bello as rare humanist and great leader with a particular reference to serving his people sincerely.

Earlier, the National PRO of the National Youth Council of Nigeria, NYCN, Comrade Dotun said they were in Kogi State specifically to congratulate the new Chairman on his emergence.

According to him, it’s a tradition upon the youth community to identify with themselves on what God has done for them.

He assured the new Chairman of their full support to enable him succeed in office.

Global Times Nigeria report that some Local Government coordinators of the NYCN were on ground to support the council Chairman to host their visitors at the Youth House.
