Birthday: Kogi STESCOM Chair Fetes Kogi Deputy Gov.

Kogi state executive chairman of Science technical education and teaching service commission ‘STESCOM ‘Comrade Paul Peter Jibrin, has joined other eminent personalities across the state to felicitate with the number two citizen of the state, Comrade [Elder] Joel Salifu Oyibo as he add one year to his age.

In a message of felicitation which was made available to newsmen in Lokoja, the state capital, Comrade Paul Jibrin asserted that God has been so kind and merciful to the state deputy governor for the protection of his life from birth till this time.
