Edo 2024: APC Gov’ship candidate, Okpebholo’s campaign of humiliation, shame in US

….Guber candidate lacks the intellectual capacity, mental and psychological ability to lead

The Edo State governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Senator Monday Okpebholo is facing seriously facing humiliation, outright rejection, shame and disgrace wherever he appears alongside with his team.

Attempted attempt by APC gubernatorial candidate to woo Edo people in the United States of America was reportedly met with a brick wall when he forcefully and desperately pushed himself to attend the town hall meeting.

Other APC chieftains were visibly disappointed in their in capability gubernatorial candidate, who was unable to impress the very enlightened audience.

The APC gubernatorial candidate was visibly fidgeting when confronted with questions about infrastructure, and his plans for Edo State which he was unable to clearly spell out, leaving those who had attended the event disappointed and unimpressed.

This was contained in a press release issued by Pharez Okpere, deputy Director General New media
PDP Gubernatorial Campaign Management committee, said Okpebholo’s mediocre and unsatisfying performance in far away United States of America justifies what they have been telling Edo people both at home and in the diaspora, that the APC gubernatorial candidate lacks the intellectual capacity, mental and psychological ability, to lead a cosmopolitan and sophisticated State like ours.

Edo people in America have seen for themselves first hand, that the APC does not mean well for Edo people having impetuously presented a candidate that is completely out of touch with the realities and intricacies of modern governance systems.

Governance is a serious business, and should not be left for unprepared political harebrained like the APC gubernatorial candidate.

As the popular saying goes ” You cannot give what you don’t have” A comprehensive look at Monday Okpebholo’s stint in the Senate shows that he has at best been a complete bench warmer with very little or no impact in the last one year.

In comparison, the PDP in Edo state has presented a thoroughbred, intellectually balanced, morally upright, and psychologically stable Asue Ighodalo who is in tune with the present day realities of modern governance system, and will introduce a new dimension to innovative, and ingenious ideas in governance that will take Edo State to greater heights.

Finally, I want to appreciate Edo people both at home and in the diaspora for the unflinching show of support for the PDP gubernatorial candidate Asue Ighodalo, it is an obvious indication that Edo people know what is best for Edo State and by the grace of God Asue Ighodalo will make all Edo people proud when elected in September.
