Elulu of Mopa: High Court Koton-karfe Grants claimant’s Application
The High Court sitting in Koton Karfe, Kogi State has on the 27th day of May 2024, granted an Application filed by the Claimant in Suit No HCL/KK/005CV/2024.
The suit Between: HRH David EKUNDAYO Ajolore & 3Anor V.Otunba Saul OLOJO (The AG Chairman MOPA Traditional Council, The Attorney General of Kogi State & 2Ors. Wherein the Honourable Court granted the Applicants leave to Join the necessary parties in the Suit.
Breaking News: Otunba of Mopa defiles Court order, Kogi Gov’t, coronate new Elulu of Mopa
Global Times Nigeria report that the necessary parties sought to be Joined are:
1. MOPAmuro Local Government Traditional Council.
2. Okun Area Traditional Council
3. OTUNBA muyiwa Ibeun.Owa of Mopa.
The Court also granted an order to the Applicants to Amend all the processes before the Court to effect the parties so joined.
