Edo 2024: Mrs. Stella Alli Ukhurebor returns to PDP, declared support for Dr. Ighodalo for Governor

President of Excellent Women Association of Nigeria (EWAN) and a former chairmanship aspirant in the last local government election due for Esan West local government area, Mrs. Stella Ukhurebor, has returned to the Peoples Democratic Party, (PDP) even as she declared support for Dr. Asue Ighodalo, the Edo State PDP governorship candidate ahead of September 21st governorship election in the state.

Ukhurebor’s declaration statement read in part: “I am declaring my full endorsement and support for Barr. Asue Ighodalo, the Peoples Democratic Party’s candidate for the Edo state 2024 governorship election. As a grassroot mobilizer, I have had the privilege of observing Ighodalo’s integrity, dedication and leadership firsthand”.

“Throughout his career, Asue Ighodalo has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to the betterment of our country and Edo state. His track record of achievements, coupled with his vision for a prosperous and inclusive future, makes him the ideal candidate to lead our state forward”.

Furthermore, Mrs. Ukhurebhor stated that, Barr. Ighodalo’s extensive experience equips him with the knowledge and skills necessary to address the complex challenges facing our state. His ability to foster collaboration and consensus-building, will undoubtedly result in effective governance and positive outcomes for all residents. In his character, experience, his love for our people and his vision for our state, he reminds me of Prof. Ambrose Alli.
