Musa Nasir Kutepa, Special Adviser on Security matters for Kogi Local Government Area has raised an alarmed over false allegation levelled against him by some suspected hoodlums and enemies of Igu-Kotonkarfe Kingdom, that he led some security men to invade the area.
Nasir Kutepa in statement on Tuesday evening 18 June, 2024 said it can’t be possible for him to be in Girinya his country home and at same time be in Igu-Kotonkarfe town as they claimed, saying that those recalcitrant elements who made several attempt to destabilise the peace of the area failed woefully and now looking for who to hang their heinous crime committed against the peace loving people of Kogi LG.
Speaking further Nasir Kutepa said the frustrated supporters of dethroned former king of Igu-Kotonkarfe are the brains behind the recent crisis in the council.
He appeal to Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo to setup committee to unravel those misguided elements so that it would serve as deterrent to others.
According to the security adviser, I’ve read several items deposited on the Social Media linking me (Musa Nasir Kutepa), claiming that I led some security agents to invade those criminal hideout in Koton-Karfe.

Those making these false allegations are the real culprits and sooner to come they will be fishout and made to face the full wrath of the law.
Kutepa who commended the Kogi State Government for prompt response aim at restoring normalcy in the area, warned the trouble makers to steer clear to allow peace to reign.
He said he has never regretted supporting All Progressives Congress, APC, led administration in the State.
“Even if election were to be conducted today 100 times, I will still vote for APC and APC will win again and again.”
“It’s laughable when my attention was call to a post on the Social Media claiming that I led some security agents to invade Koton-Karfe, the truth of the matter is that they’re confused. I was throughout today being in Girinya, my country home attending to issues bordering my family members.”
Nasir Kutepa noted that it’s only family of former ousted Chairman of Kogi LGA that are raising such false alarm against me, I think they’re jittery that I am one among Kogi LG youths who work hard to ensure victory of APC at the polls. This is why they want to drag my name to the mud and make me look bad.
While appreciating Kogi State Government action geared towards maintaining peace and order, the council security adviser equally thanked the stakeholders from Kogi LG particularly those of the All Progressives Congress, APC, for their maturity of purpose.
