“Your Excellency, on behalf of my family and team, I join millions of other well meaning friends, associates and colleagues to wish you a very warm and happy birthday. You have, no doubt, impacted your generation positively and history will surely be kind to you.
“You have displayed rare insight and understanding of what it takes to govern and lead a multi-ethnic state like Edo. You have shown uncommon administrative acumen in exercising leadership authority in the state.
“In doing that, you have left your footprints in the sands of time. Your innovative thinking, which has translated into sundry legacies will be sustained and built upon for the good of our state and posterity , God willing.
“As you celebrate, I wish you many happier years ahead in good health, more grace to impact humanity and may all your heart desires come to pass,” Ighodalo stated.
