Borno Women Affairs Commissioner, Zuwaira Gambo Bags Prestigious NEAPS Award.

The Borno state commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Development, Hajiya Zuwaira Gambo has bagged the Prestigious award for 2024 Nigerian Excellence Awards In Public Service (NEAPS).
The commissioner was decorated and presented the award over the weekend by Nigeria’s Vice President, Senator Kashim Shettima in company of the wife, Hajiya Nana Shettima.
The two time commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Development has showed a lot of passion to leadership and followership, particularly women and children emancipation in the last five years.
Her reappointment by the Professor Babagana Zulum led administration was based purely on merit and service delivery to the people of the state.
While responding to the outstanding award, the recipient, Hajiya Zuwaira Gambo appreciated the organizers for the recognition of hard work and dedication to duty, promising to sustain the tempo in any given opportunity.
