The Federal Government of Nigeria under President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has put modalities in place to ensure Nigerian youths are not left out in the ongoing renewed hope agenda of his administration
1. N75 billion Nigerian Youth Investment Fund (NYIF): This program was launched in 2020 and aims to invest in innovative ideas, skills, talents and enterprise of the Nigerian youth.
2. National Youth Investment Fund (NYIF): This is a N110 billion investment in the NYIF and is a cornerstone for youth development.
3. Transforming Nigerian Youths program*: This program aims to create a network of entrepreneurial and managerial change-makers specifically youths and women across the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector in Nigeria.
4. N100m grant: The federal government has presented a N100m grant to 200 youths.
5. FG/ALAT Skillnovation: This initiative will provide over three million Nigerians with essential digital skills required to succeed in the global economy.
6. National Youth Empowerment Fund: This fund was established to provide low-cost funding and financial advice to the economically active but disadvantaged members of Nigerian society.
