…Says Dr Latimore is a smart worker, a team player
One of the prominent Ambassadors of the African Union Agenda 2063, and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Information and Strategy Management, CIISM, Dr Leonard Oghenetega Obie, has described the newly appointed Director General of Delta State Orientation and Communications Bureau, Dr (Barr) Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe, as a top class professional and communication scholar of high repute.
Dr Obie in a goodwill message on Saturday said the new DG will bring to bear his wealth of experience to deliver on his assigned responsibilities at the Bureau, judging from his track records in public service in the past nearly one decade and counting.
He thanked the state governor, Rt Hon Sheriff F. O. Oborevwori for making a fantastic choice in the person of Dr Latimore Oghenesivbe, while urging the governor not to relent in his good governance strides, especially in the area of socioeconomic and infrastructure development of the entire state.
Ambassador Obie assured that with Dr Latimore fully in charge of the Delta State Orientation and Communications Bureau, new innovations, creativity and high productivity would significantly project the inestimable performance of governor Oborevwori, as he continue to advance Delta through the instrumentality of his MORE Agenda.
