Confidence Haugen’s Rise: Baddie to Queen Mother
Confidence Haugen, known simply as Confidence, is a Ghanaian entrepreneur and former reality TV Star. She gained fame as a contestant on the sixth season of Big Brother Africa, specifically the Amplified edition, where she was the sixth housemate evicted.
Beyond her television appearance, she is the Chief Executive Officer of Aphrodisiac Night Club, one of Ghana’s prominent nightlife venues.
She has further diversified her brand by creating a YouTube series entitled Konfidence Uncut
The entrepreneur, who has once been a Miss Ghana contestant (1999) has undergone three plastic surgery procedures in her life. Confidence recently confessed to having undergone plastic surgery, resulting in depression.
In an interview with Nigeria Films in 2011, Confidence Haugen admitted to having had a relationship with a woman in the past.
This happened when she was very young.
The founder of the erstwhile Aphrodisiac Nightclub, Confidence Haugen, has assumed the role of queen mother of Kodzi, Adidome in the Volta Region, with the ceremonial title Mamaga Abui Buiekpor
The moral of the story is that a sinful past does not dictate one’s future potential. Additionally, it is possible to reform one’s behavior and become an inspiration to others.
