Northern Speakers meet Kebbi State Governor to enhance executive & legislative cooperation for development

The Forum of Northern Speakers of State Houses of Assembly in Nigeria has visited the Speaker of the Kebbi State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Muhammad Usman Zuru, to sympathize with him over his poor health and wish him a speedy recovery.
The Forum also paid a solidarity visit to Kebbi State Governor Dr. Nasir Idris.
The speakers forum prayed and wished the ill Speaker of the Kebbi State House of Assembly quick and speedy recovery.
They also prayed God to give the Speaker sound and good health.
The forum of the Northern Speakers also paid a solidarity visit on Dr Nasir Idris of the Governor of Kebbi State.
They appreciated the Governor for his efforts in developing Kebbi State as they discussed exclusively on issues of enhance synergy between Governors and their legislators for speedy development to thrive in the Country.
Speaking with his newsmen, Rt. Hon. Danladi Jatau, the Speaker of the Nasarawa State House of Assembly also prayed God to give the ill Speaker of Kebbi State House of Assembly speedy recovery.
” I want to pray for his quick and speedy recovery. May Almighty God give him good and sound health to enable him discharge his duties effectively.
” I want to use this medium to call for continued effective synergy among arms of Government for the overall development of the country.
“As there will be speedy development in the country when the executives and legislatures are synergizing effectively.
” That is why in Nasarawa State, His Excellency Gov. Abdullahi Sule is doing well.
” This is as a result of our effective synergy and collaboration as well cooperation and support to his government,” Jatau said.
The Speaker also used the medium to assure of his leadership commitment to enact laws and pass resolutions that would have direct bearing on the lives of the people of the state and other Nigerians.
