Kogi APC stalwart Dr. Erico Ameh backs Gov Ododo’s 2027 re-election bid

In a landmark decision, influential politicians consisting of elected and appointed officials in Olamaboro local government area under the All Progressive Congress platform have given Kogi State governor, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, a clean bill of health to sustain the momentum of his people-oriented and results-focused leadership and governance beyond 2027.
The thought-provoking political gathering convened at the behest of the state Commissioner for Youth and Sports Development, Mr. Monday Arida-ojo Anyebe, in Lokoja, aims to fortify the party’s structures, refine them, and ready them for a resounding victory in the forthcoming elections in the state.

Addressing the large political gathering, which brought together the area’s cream of the crop, Doctor Erico Joseph Ameh, a loyal party stalwart, emphasized the meeting’s objective: to reassure the governor of the unwavering commitment of the party’s loyalists and the silent majority of Olamaboro people to provide massive support and one hundred percent electoral backing in the twenty-twenty-seven governorship election.
The Paragon of security maestro indicates that all party gladiators and aggrieved members have reconfirmed their commitment to forgo all other agendas and support Governor Usman Ahmed Ododo in completing his eight-year term.
A closer examination of Governor Ododo’s monumental achievements in human and infrastructural development since taking office reveals his tireless efforts to improve workers’ living standards through timely payment of monthly salaries, thereby solidifying his reputation as the ‘Salary Governor,’ a provider of palliative measures, and a leader who empathizes with the struggles of the underprivileged masses through pragmatic policies and initiatives.
Doctor Joseph Erico announced that he has been touring all units and wards of Olamaboro local government area, with the goal of mobilizing and conscientising party faithfuls on the importance of supporting Governor Usman Ahmed Ododo and the policies of his administration, and to promote unity and lawfulness among citizens to enable the implementation of more governmental projects that benefit the area.

The state All Progressives Congress loyalists urged the party leaders to commence mobilisation and create awareness to encourage voters to collect their permanent voter’s cards, as the electoral umpire, Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), has scheduled a date for the exercise.
“We should all take the initiative to mobilize our people who are above eighteen years and have yet to obtain their permanent voter cards to proceed to designated offices and obtain them, as they are vital for voting Governor Usman Ahmed Ododo and other candidates in the forthcoming elections.”
