Delta APC Chieftain, Otega Emerhor congratulates Oghenesivbe on new award

Olorugun Otega Emerhor, a boardroom expert and founding leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Delta State, has congratulated Dr. Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe, Director General of the Delta State Bureau for Orientation and Communications, on receiving the “Iconic Media Strategist Award” from the Chartered Institute of Information and Strategy Management (CIISM).
He said the award recognizes Dr. Oghenesivbe’s invaluable contributions to strategic communication, media, and information management.
Olorogun Emerhor in a goodwill message personally signed by him on Saturday 11th October, and made available to newsmen in Asaba, described Dr Oghenesivbe as a reliable, dependable and trusted communication strategist, who had a robust working relationship with him during and after the 2015 governorship election, adding that as his Director of Media and Political Communications, he worked tirelessly, and successfully projected his gubernatorial campaign to an enviable height.
The APC Chieftain who is also the Group Chairman of Standard Alliance Group, noted that since joining the service of the Delta State Government on April 3, 2017, Dr Oghenesivbe has improved tremendously in his professional skills and capacity, while commending the State governor, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori, and his predecessor, Senator Dr Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, CON, for finding him worthy to serve in diverse capacities as Executive Assistant on Communications, and as Director General of DSOCB.

Emerhor commended governor Oborevwori for his unwavering commitment in human capital development and capacity building for political appointees and civil servants in the state, while urging Dr Oghenesivbe not to relent his efforts in projecting the monumental achievements of Oborevwori administration.
