2027: Why Tinubu, Oborevwori unstoppable in Delta – Bureau Chief

…Advises those sitting on the fence to join the moving train

The Director General of Delta State Bureau for Orientation and Communications, Dr Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe, has said that President Bola Tinubu, and Delta State Governor, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori, will be unstoppable in Delta State, as a result of the overwhelming endorsement by stakeholders.

Oghenesivbe gave the assurance on Monday in a congratulatory message to President Tinubu and governor Oborevwori, over their unprecedented endorsement by the entire party structures of the Delta State Chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC), as sole candidates for Presidential and Governorship election in 2027.

The Bureau Chief noted that judging from the calibre of party stalwarts, major stakeholders, captains of Industry, federal and state lawmakers, elected representatives and appointed public servants at federal and state levels, who gathered at the Government House Banquet Hall for the overwhelming endorsement on Sunday, it was crystal clear that the duo of President Bola Tinubu and Governor Sheriff Oborevwori, cannot be defeated and must therefore coast to a landslide victory in 2027.

Dr Oghenesivbe said their endorsement was predicated on their people focused socioeconomic remodelling policies and programmes, in terms of mega roads infrastructure development, result oriented economic reforms, prudent management of State and federal governments resources, social welfare packages, grants and bursaries for students, job and wealth creation strategies and many more as encapsulated in the Renewed Hope for MORE Agenda.

He urged few political figures in the state who are still sitting on the fence to join the Tinubu-Oborevwori moving train, so as not to be completely left behind in the scheme of things, pointing out that as far as Delta State is concerned Mr. president and governor Oborevwori will coast to victory in all twenty five local government areas, and across the three senatorial districts in the forthcoming general elections.

Dr Oghenesivbe thanked the leaders of the three senatorial districts; Delta Central, Delta South and Delta North, State Party Chairman, Elder Omeni Sobotie, members of the State Working Committee of our party, APC, the Honourable Minister, Ministry of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Chief Festus Keyamo, SAN, former National Woman Leader, Hon Stella Okotete, federal and state legislators, especially the indefatigable Speaking speaker of the State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Emomotimi Guwor, principal officers and members of the State Assembly, members of the State executive council.

He also commended the Secretary to the State Government, Dr Kingsley Emu, local government party and council chairmen, College of Commissioners, College of Advisers to the Governor, and College of Directors General, Chief Job Creation Officer and Executive Secretaries, women and youth groups across the state, major stakeholders of our great party, APC, and student associations for their support and endorsement of Mr President and the state governor.

“Delta is a done deal for our amiable working President, Asiwaju Bola Almed Tinubu, GCFR, and our superlative governor, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori, JP. It’s a statement of fact that cannot be disputed.

“The resounding endorsement of the duo of Mr President and Governor Oborevwori on Sunday at the Government House Banquet Hall via a motion moved by the Honourable Minister of Aviation And Aerospace Development, Chief Festus Keyamo, SAN, and seconded by the former Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Victor Ochei Esq, is entirely sacrosanct, a collective decision of all Deltans well represented across the three senatorial districts by the federal and state elected lawmakers.

“The good governance strides of Mr President and governor Oborevwori cannot be overemphasized. We’ve never had it this good, and the pay back time for them shall be our overwhelming votes at the polls.

“It is only fair for the few persons who are still sitting on the fence to join the Tinubu-Oborevwori unstoppable political moving train,” Oghenesivbe said.
