Oborevwori Felicitates Ovuozourie Macaulay at 65
Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori has joined family members, friends, and well-wishers to celebrate the former Secretary to the Delta State Government (SSG), Comrade (Chief) Ovuozourie Macaulay, on the joyous occasion of his 65th birth anniversary.
In a statement issued by his Chief Press Secretary, Sir Festus Ahon, the governor extolled Macaulay’s towering legacy of service and leadership, noting that his remarkable career in public administration has been marked by dedication, integrity, and a deep sense of purpose.
Oborevwori said Macaulay’s record of service as Chief of Staff, Secretary to the State Government, Commissioner for Special Duties (Conflict Resolution), and Commissioner for Energy, has made him one of the most outstanding administrators in the State.
He lauded Macaulay’s detribalized disposition and gift for uniting people across ethnic and political divides, adding that his humility and generosity will continue to inspire others.
“Today, we celebrate not just your birthday but a life of significance and an inspiring legacy.
“On behalf of the government and people of Delta State, I wish you continued good health, sound mind, and boundless strength as you carry on with your service to humanity,” Oborevwori added.
