Rep Nalaraba gives Nasarawa youth coalition 10 million Naira and a car

Abubakar Hassan Nalaraba, the lawmaker representing Awe, Keana, and Doma federal constituency in Nasarawa State, has assured the youth of inclusive governance by promoting unity and cooperation for growth and development in the state.

He has encouraged collaborative efforts among local government officials to address security challenges and drive positive development at the grassroots level.

He made this commitment during an interactive session with different youth organizations in the state, led by the Nasarawa Youth Council Chairman, Comrade Jafar Loko, at the National Assembly complex on Tuesday.

The visit by the Coalition of Youth Leaders in Nasarawa State under the auspices of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN) was in continuation of engagement with critical stakeholders and leaders who make sustainable contributions to the lives of young people.

Responding to questions and appreciation from representatives of different youth organizations across Nasarawa State, including student leaders, the lawmaker representing Awe, Keana-Doma Federal Constituency, Abubakar Hassan Nalaraba, expressed gratitude for the visit and reassured the youth of more development to come.

He promised to liaise with student unions in the state to award another scholarship to students immediately after the festive season, considering the hardship faced during this period. He also vowed to host a program to unveil his blueprint regarding his political ambition, involving all youths in Nasarawa.

Earlier, the leader of the delegation and Nasarawa State Chairman of NYCN, Comrade Jafar Loko, said the visit aimed to appreciate Nalaraba for awarding a N100 million scholarship to students in the state, describing it as a first-of-its-kind initiative. He urged Nalaraba to sustain the tempo.

The youth delegation, comprising 26 organizations, unanimously accepted to visit Nalaraba to extend their appreciation for his purposeful leadership, particularly in alleviating the plight of students. During the interactive session, some youth leaders urged Nalaraba to consider improving agriculture and other critical sectors for the benefit of the people of Nasarawa.

Highpoint of the event was the presentation of 10 Million Naira Cash to the NYCN, Nasarawa State and a Car to its leader by the member Representing Keana, Awe and Doma, Hon. Abubakar Hassan Nalaraba.
