Media Personality Ahmed Jigo commends Gov Ododo for reappointing Barr. M. T Musa Osuku as Civil Service Boss

Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, has been commended for reappointing Barrister Muhammed Tanko Musa Osuku as chairman of the Kogi State Civil Service Commission for another five-year term.
An All Progressives Congress (APC) stakeholder from Kogi local government area, Mr. Ahmed Jigo, has commended the renewal of Barrister Muhammed Tanko Musa Osuku’s appointment as Chairman of the Kogi State Civil Service Commission by Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo.

Mr. Jigo praised the governor’s commitment and Barrister Tanko’s achievements, particularly in staff promotion, training, and civil service digitization over the past five years.
He described Barrister Tanko as a loyal and committed leader who earned the reappointment through hard work and service to humanity and prayed for greater progress for Kogi State during his renewed tenure.
It would be recalled that Kogi State House of Assembly screened and confirmed the reappointment following his nomination by Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo.
Similarly, Mr. Jigo also praised the Commissioner for Solid Mineral and Natural Resources, Engineer Muhammed Abubakar Bashir Abubakar Gegu, for supporting Tanko’s reappointment.
He credited Tanko’s political leadership in Zone B for enhancing grassroots mobilization and the mass acceptance of the APC in the local government and the entire State.
Mr. Jigo assured continued support and loyalty to both Engineer Bashir Gegu and Barrister Tanko Musa Osuku to secure APC’s success in Kogi local government area and across the State.
Barrister Tanko Musa had completed his first tenure and was reappointed after screening and confirmation by the Kogi State House of Assembly.
His reappointment is viewed as a reward for dedication and service.
He pledged to continue improving civil servants’ welfare with regular promotions and better working conditions.
The Deputy Speaker of Kogi State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon Comfort Nwuchiola Egwaba, has commended his loyalty and encouraged him to remain committed to serving the people.
Egwaba noted Tanko’s loyalty and dedication, describing the reappointment as a reward for his steadfast service.
“Barrister Tanko has been instrumental in the civil service reforms and has called for support to further enhance civil servants’ welfare and performance in the state.”

Barrister Muhammed Tanko Musa Osuku in his appreciation expressed gratitude to God, Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo, former Governor Yahaya Adoza Bello and the Assembly members for their confidence and pledged to prioritize the welfare of civil servants through regular promotions, improved working conditions, and prompt financial backing for benefits.
