Alhaji Musa Muhammed Maikaya, a prominent All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship aspirant for Nasarawa State in the 2027 election, has praised the Igbo Community and Traders Association for their vital role in boosting the state’s economy.
He gave the commendation on Saturday during an engagement with Building and Traders Association in Karu LG, highlighting their contributions to commerce and development.
He emphasizes his Philanthropist aid via Maikaya Development Foundation has delivered impartially, transcending political, religious, and tribal divides in Nasarawa State.
According to Maikaya, this approach inline with its mission to enhance lives through education, health, youth empowerment, women’s programs, and peaceful coexistence, as seen in initiatives like sponsoring health insurance for 750 vulnerable individuals across 13 local government areas.
“The foundation’s values prioritize love, kindness, and professional standards to foster sustainable development and human rights without bias. It promotes democratic governance and social wellbeing, focusing on marginalized groups via safe, relevant education and economic opportunities.”
Maikaya, who is the CEO of the Maikaya Development Foundation and the Ciroman Toto, is actively consulting stakeholders across the three senatorial districts ahead of the 2027 polls.
His outreach emphasizes unity and economic partnerships, positioning him as a candidate focused on inclusive growth.
The APC hopeful governorship aspirant has consolidated alliances with youths, elder statesmen and community leaders, including meetings that underscore his commitment to non-tribal politics.
