Kogi West Senator Karimi hails Lagos lawmaker Faleke on 66th birthday

Senator Sunday Steve Karimi, representing Kogi West Senatorial District in the Senate, has congratulated Rt Hon James Abiodun Faleke, the member representing Ikeja Federal Constituency in Lagos State, on his 66th birthday.

In a statement on Thursday, Mr Karimi described Mr Faleke as a “remarkable individual” and “shining example of excellence” in politics, business and philanthropy.
He praised the lawmaker’s dedication, loyalty and hard work, saying he has left a lasting legacy across Lagos, Kogi and Nigeria in general.
Mr Faleke, originally from Ekinrin-Adde in Ijumu Local Government Area of Kogi State, has built much of his public career in Lagos but remains deeply connected to his roots.”He has never lost sight of his Ekinrin-Adde heritage, proudly affirming his identity and the significance of Akọgba Mountain,” Mr Karimi said.

The senator highlighted Mr Faleke’s grace, humility and ability to unite people, drawing from Yoruba cultural traditions to reconcile and inspire across generations.
