PAAU Rolls Out Matric for 9,570 Students, Gears Up for 7th Convocation, 25th Anniversary

Prince Abubakar Audu University (PAAU), Friday, matriculated 9,570 fresh students for the 2025/2026 academic session, its 27th ceremony, as it prepares for the 7th Combined Convocation and 25th anniversary celebrations.

Vice-Chancellor Prof. Marietu O. Tenuche congratulated the new intakes, assuring them of the institution’s unwavering commitment to quality education.

Prof. Tenuche disclosed that PAAU has secured full accreditation from the National Universities Commission (NUC) and several professional bodies.

She highlighted the university’s strides in academic excellence, sporting feats, and infrastructure upgrades, urging students to maximise the state-of-the-art facilities.

The VC warned against campus vices including cultism, rape, and cybercrime, declaring zero tolerance for such acts.
