A youth leader and chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Nasarawa State, Mallam Haruna Anaggeh, has declared that the party will reclaim power in the 2027 elections, brushing aside current hurdles at state 2 House in 2027
In a statement circulated on PDP platforms including Facebook, WhatsApp, the Nasarawa PDP Media Team, and support groups, Anaggeh rallied faithful, insisting the party is primed for resurgence.
“With what I have seen, PDP will bounce back in Nasarawa State in 2027,” Anaggeh declared.
His upbeat message arrives amid PDP’s internal shake-ups, a 15-year power drought in Nasarawa since 2011, and nationwide defections rocking parties.
Anaggeh credits the party’s revival to standout leaders like Architect Mohammed Ja’afar Ibrahim, FNIA, whom he hails as a “rare political figure” with unmatched sacrifice, devotion, and leadership chops.“
The calibre of leaders the PDP is blessed with today, particularly in the person of Arc. Mohammed Ja’afar Ibrahim, is unprecedented. His selfless disposition, grassroots connection, and unwavering commitment to the people have given the party a fresh sense of direction and confidence,” he stated.
Anaggeh who hails from Toto LG said Ja’afar’s gubernatorial ambitions have fired up members, sharpened PDP’s image, and armed it against rivals.
He called the architect “a kind never seen before” in Nasarawa politics, prioritizing collective gains over personal glory.

Urging unity amid defections, Anaggeh stressed:“Politics is about timing, structure, and the right people. PDP has learned its lessons, reorganized, and is now ready to re-emerge stronger.”
He called for intensified grassroots drives, solidarity, and backing for credible figures to seize Nasarawa Government House in 2027.
