Delta Bureau Celebrates First Lady, Deaconess Mrs. Tobore Oborevwori, at 56
As Her Excellency, the Wife of the Governor of Delta State, Deaconess Mrs. Tobore Oborevwori, marks her 56th birthday today, 5th February 2026, the Management and Staff of the Delta State Bureau for Orientation and Communications have joined Deltans at home and in the Diaspora to celebrate the auspicious occasion.
In a goodwill message signed by the Director-General of the Bureau, Olorogun Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe, Her Excellency was described as a God-fearing woman of grace and compassion, whose life of service and devotion to humanity continues to resonate across the diverse communities of Delta State.

The Bureau noted that Deaconess Oborevwori has remained a shining example of servant leadership, consistently demonstrating love, humility, and selflessness, particularly through her impactful pet project, the You Matter Charity Foundation. Through the foundation, she has touched countless lives, restored hope to the vulnerable, and uplifted women, children, and the less privileged in both riverine and upland communities of the state.
According to the statement, the Bureau deeply appreciates Her Excellency’s unwavering support for the MORE Agenda of the Oborevwori administration, as well as her noble contributions towards promoting unity, peace, and shared prosperity among the people of Delta State.
“As she marks another year of God’s faithfulness and grace, we pray that the Almighty God will continue to bless Her Excellency with sound health, long life, divine wisdom, and renewed strength to sustain her selfless service to our people,” the statement read.
“May her days be filled with joy, fulfilment, and greater accomplishments, as she continues to walk in God’s purpose and favour, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.”
