Director General of the Delta State Bureau for Orientation and Communications, Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe, has paid glowing tribute to the State Director of Protocol, Chief Sunday Onoriode, on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as one of the stabilizing pillars of Delta State’s political architecture.
