The Police Service Commission (PSC), in collaboration with the Nigerian Police Force (NPF), has announced the continuation of the physical and credential screening exercise for Police Constable recruitment, targeting candidates who are yet to be screened or missed their earlier appointments.

 

The exercise is currently ongoing at the Delta State Police Command Headquarters, Okpanam Road, Asaba.

According to the notice, the screening is specifically for candidates who fall into four categories.

 

These include those who missed their previously scheduled screening appointments, applicants who printed application forms marked “QUALIFIED” after completing the online registration but did not receive screening invitation letters, candidates who received invitation letters but were not assigned specific screening dates and centres, as well as those who were issued letters of appointment indicating dates and venues but are yet to undergo screening.

 

All affected candidates have been directed to report immediately for the exercise, which commenced on Tuesday, March 7 and will run through April 18, 2026. Screening is scheduled to begin at 8:00 a.m. daily at the Delta State Police Command Headquarters in Asaba.

Meanwhile, the Governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, has urged all qualified candidates of Delta State origin to take advantage of the opportunity and participate in the ongoing screening exercise within the stipulated period.
