31st Anniversary: Kogi Investment and Properties Limited felicitate with Gov Bello, Citizens.
The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Kogi State Investment and Properties Limited, Hajiya Aisha Suleiman has congratulated Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello and the people of Kogi State on the occasion of the thirty first anniversary of the State.
Hajia Suleiman in her congratulatory message made available to Global Times Nigeria said the state has witnessed a steady development under the leadership of Governor Yahaya Bello particularly in the aspect of security, education, infrastructural development, youths and women empowerment as well as the monumental achievements in the health sector.
She wished the Governor a happy celebration and prayed God grant him the wisdom to continue to impact positively the state and beyond.
On the achievements recorded so far in her office, Hajia Suleiman said the office has got a new leaf of life from her moribund status to a full fledged Public Limited Liability Company.
According to her, most of the properties that have been taken over by private individuals have been retrieved through legal means.
She expressed appreciation to Governor Bello for granting autonomy to the office assuring that the state’s assets under her care have started attracting the interest of both local and foreign investors.
