Honourable Aliyu Abdullahi Tashas, Executive Chairman Toto local government area of Nasarawa State, has expressed his heartfelt joy as he joins Toto LG indigenes and State at large to congratulate the Speaker of the Nasarawa State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi as he celebrate his 60th birthday.
Nasarawa Speaker, Alhaji Rt. Hon. Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi has clock 60th years in sound health and divinely grace.
Hon. Tashas in a statement issued by his Senior Special Assistant, SSA, Media and Communications, Yahaya Idris Toto, expressed joy and rejoice with the crown political leader of Toto LGA.
He described Speaker Balarabe as a leader whose interest is all about development, peaceful coexistence of his people and balancing political equation in his constituency, host LGA and State in general.

Nasarawa Speaker who is a traditional titles holder from various community within Nasarawa and Kogi State, which includes, Jagaban Toto Chiefdom, Walin Opanda, Umaisha Kingdom, Okpetu of Koton-Karfe Kingdom, Kogi LGA of Kogi State, Sarkin Yaki Dausu and Kasime of Ogba among others.
The chieftaincy titles was conferred on him by traditional rulers for his contributions to their various communities and having changed the narrative of governance for the overall interest and development of his people.
Speaker Balarabe Abdullahi was Thursday 14th, February, 1963, 60 years ago.

Hon. Tashas also praised Speaker Balarabe for his sacrifice and diligence geared towards attracting meaningful development to Toto LGC.
The Chairman therefore prayed God to protect, guide, grant him long life, sound and more wisdom to enable him contribute providing democratic dividends to his people just as he is known for.
