In the light of this Asue Ighodalo has championed human resources management, which has be emulated across private and public sector within and outside the country, Asue Ighodalo has chairman and pioneered the Edo State Alaghodaro summit, private public partnership(PPP), Bendel insurance football club in the quest to boost Edo state economy, and place her in the spotlight there by showcasing youthful talents of Edo sons and daughters.
