An appeal has gone to government at all levels and stakeholders to embark on massive spending in education industry to get the society out of its current listless predicaments.

A veteran broadcast Journalist with kogi state Broadcasting Corporation, Mr. Sunday Ichaba, gave the advise at the graduation and prize given day celebration of Freedom Faith Secondary School Lokoja.

Mr Sunday Ichaba, who was the chairman of this year’s session, explained that the delivering of qualitative education is the surest plat form to subdue poverty, illiteracy, and insecurity that have besieged the society.

He advised parents to continued to invest in their wards despite the present reality of economic retardation facing every family asserting that it is advisable to spend on children education to enable them become a better and productive citizens.

Mr Sunday Ichaba, who is also a Deputy Director programs with the state Radio, admonished the graduating students to be good ambassadors of the alma maters saying that they should keep the good morals and reputation of their school flying as they move to the wilder world to further their education.

Speaking, the board chairman of the school, Bishop John Ibeun, explained that the school was founded to bring quality education to the door steps of the citizens in a competitive environment.

The cleric urged the graduands to obey God’ ordinances and be ready to demonstrate high level of hard work, discipline and develop self-,reliant spirit to become useful to themselves first, bring peace to their parents in particular and the society at large.

The Out going Head Girl of the school, Miss Destiny Ichaba, on behalf of the graduating students expressed gratitude to their Parents, Teachers and the proprietress of the school, Rev (Mrs.) Margaret Ibenu for their tremendous support to their up bringing stating that it will not be taken with kid gloves.

She also pledged that every thing humanly possible will be done to be good ambassadors of the school anywhere they find themselves in the future.

In an inaugural address,the Principal of Freedom Faith Secondary School, Mr. James Achor, stated that the graduands have been groomed to compete favorably with their contemporaries and handle challenges as they pursue their education at the higher level.

He expressed his happiness over positive reports of the school ‘s graduated students who are recording successes in their various Institutions and human endeavors, urging parents to bring their wards for qualitative teaching and learning.
