Mazi Emma Uche, a stalwart of the labour party in Abia state and Managing Director of Sonacop Industrial Limited, has congratulated the first lady of Abia state, Mrs Priscilla Chidinma Otti, on the occasion of the celebration of her birthday on Sunday.
