Oghenesivbe receives 4th degree from University of Lagos
The Director General of Delta State Orientation and Communications Bureau, Dr Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe, was awarded a Master of Science Degree in Mass Communication on Thursday, his 4th degree from the University of Lagos.
The Postgraduate convocation, held at the University campus, Akoka, Lagos on 16th January, drew a large attendance of distinguished Nigerians, scholars and business leaders from diverse backgrounds.
Oghenesivbe dedicated his MSc Degree to God, while acknowledging the support of the State Government, and governor of Delta State, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori, in achieving his new academic milestone.
