IMAP Students Recognize Maikaya Development Foundation (MDF) as Best Supportive NGO in Nasarawa State

The students of Isa Mustapha Agwai Polytechnic, Lafia, have awarded the Maikaya Development Foundation (MDF) as the most outstanding non-governmental organization (NGO) in Nasarawa State.

The award was presented by the students during the institution’s Students Outreach Program, organized by the Office of the Face of IMAP and the Students Union Government.

The Maikaya Development Foundation, described as one of the fastest-growing foundations in sub-Saharan Africa, was recognized as the “Most Student-Friendly Supportive NGO” in Nasarawa State.

Responding to the award, the Chief Operating Officer of the foundation, Comrade Shuaibu Sani, thanked the students for recognizing Musa Muhammed Maikaya, the CEO of the foundation.

During the occasion, the foundation donated cash and food items, including bags of rice and cartons of Indomie, to support the welfare and well-being of the student community.

According to Shuaibu Sani, the gesture aimed to provide succor to the students, and he urged them to be law-abiding and focus on their studies.

Comrade Bilkisu Daniel, the Face of IMAP, expressed sincere gratitude to the foundation for its continued support to the youth and student community through annual scholarships, provision of learning materials, and other educational intervention programs.

She reiterated the students’ resolve to support the foundation in its mission to positively impact humanity.
