The National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN) Nasarawa State Chapter has commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governor Abdullahi Sule for their visionary leadership in addressing the long-standing concerns of the Nasarawa West people regarding the Toto/Nasarawa diplorable road.
In a press released issued on Friday by the Nasarawa State Chairman of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), Comrade Jaafar Muhammad Loko lauded President Tinubu for approving a special intervention fund to rehabilitate the Keffi-Nasarawa-Toto-Abaji road, a critical infrastructure link that had been severely neglected.
Global Times Nigeria reports that Governor Abdullahi Sule and Senator Ahmed Wadada Aliyu have been pivotal advocates for this project, which is expected to boost local commerce, ease travel, enhance security, and contribute to state economic growth.
The restoration of this road, spanning about 137 kilometers, has rekindled hope for the residents and traders who rely heavily on this route.
The project inspection led by Senator Wadada, alongside Governor Sule and the Minister of Works, reflects a collaborative approach to governance and development.

The NYCN’s commendation recognizes how the efforts of both President Tinubu and Governor Sule demonstrate responsive leadership and commitment to addressing key infrastructure challenges that impact the livelihoods and mobility of Nasarawa West people.
