Delta APC Chieftain Olorogun Emerhor Marks 68th Birthday, Praised for Dedication
Barr. (Dr.) Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe, the Director General of Delta State Bureau for Orientation and Communications, has extended warm congratulations to Olorogun Otega Emerhor on his 68th birthday anniversary.
In a goodwill message, Oghenesivbe praised Emerhor as a boardroom expert, selfless leader, and philanthropist dedicated to the welfare and progress of his followers and the development of Delta State.
Oghenesivbe highlighted Emerhor’s unwavering commitment to the APC, particularly during times when the party’s philosophy and agenda were not widely embraced in Delta State.
He emphasized Emerhor’s invaluable contributions, patience, dedication, and loyalty to the party, as well as his resilient support for President Bola Tinubu and Governor Sheriff Oborevwori’s candidacies for the 2027 presidential and governorship elections.
The Bureau Chief prayed for Emerhor’s long life, prosperity, and continued success in his political career.
“I pray God Almighty to continue to bless and protect Olorogun Emerhor, grant him long life even as he soars to the next level of his political career, in Jesus’ name, Amen.”
It would be recalled that Olorogun Otega Emerhor was born on November 25, 1957, and is a prominent APC Delta stakeholder, a Nigerian chartered accountant, politician, and businessman with a distinguished career in the financial sector and political landscape of Delta State.
He served as the leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Delta State and has been active in politics and social development initiatives.
Otega Emerhor’s achievements include being the youngest bank managing director/CEO in Nigeria’s banking industry, leadership in various financial institutions, and involvement in the Urhobo Progress Union and philanthropic works through his Fair Life Africa Foundation.
His political engagements feature candidacies for gubernatorial and senatorial positions in Delta State under APC, where he played a significant role in popularizing the party in the region.
