Oghenesivbe Celebrates Delta SSG, Dr Kingsley Emu on Birthday

The Director-General of the Delta State Bureau for Orientation and Communications, Dr Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe, Esq., has described the Secretary to the Delta State Government (SSG), Dr Kingsley Emu, as a rare and exceptional technocrat endowed with uncommon multitasking abilities and administrative competence.
In a goodwill message to mark Dr Emu’s birthday anniversary on Saturday, Oghenesivbe noted that the SSG’s vast wealth of experience has played a pivotal role in the successful implementation of Governor Sheriff Oborevwori’s MORE Agenda.
