Today, I join millions of well-meaning Abians and admirers across Nigeria in proudly celebrating the Executive Governor of Abia State, His Excellency, Dr. Alex Chioma Otti, on the auspicious occasion of his birthday.
This is no ordinary milestone in another year added to life. It is a fitting moment to salute purposeful leadership, visible progress and unwavering dedication to public service. In my considered opinion, Dr. Otti embodies the governance model many Nigerians have long craved, a truly working governor whose actions match his promises without fail.
