By Yahaya Idris
Professor Sir Adrian Daisley has attained two notable milestones in his professional and academic career, underscoring his growing influence in the fields of international law, diplomacy, and cultural relations.
Foremost among these achievements is the successful international publication of his LL.M. thesis titled “Strengthening Caribbean Legal Frameworks and the Role of Private Law in Human Rights and International Diplomacy.”
The work was published by the International Journal of Academic Research in Business, Arts and Science (IJARBAS), an Austrian-European peer-reviewed journal renowned for its multidisciplinary scholarship and open-access platform.
The study examines the interplay between Caribbean legal systems, private law mechanisms, human rights protection, and international diplomacy.
It highlights the importance of regional legal cooperation and bilateral investment treaties as tools for fostering peace-building and driving socio-economic development across the Caribbean.

The publication is available on the journal’s official platform.
