The Executive Chairman Adavi Local Government area of Kogi State, Hon. Joseph Omuya Salami has lauded Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello over the reappointment of Hajiya Aishat Suleiman as Managing Director of Kogi Investment and Properties Limited (KIPL) for another five year tenure.
The council boss who described the appointee as a humble person who reaches out to people from within and outside her host Adavi LG.
The commendation was contained in a statement signed by the Special Adviser Media and Publicity to the Chairman, M Jamiu Habeeb, and made available to Globaltimesnigeria.com
“I sincerely commend His Excellency, Governor Yahaya Bello, for putting a round peg in a round hole at the Kogi Investment and Property Limited by the appointment of Hajiya Aishat Suleiman as the Managing Director.
It said the Council is confident that as seasoned professional administrator, Suleiman would ensure improvement in the services of the state investment Company.
The Chairman also said the MD KIPL has been supportive of the present administration led by Governor Yahaya Bello and All Progressives Congress, APC, as well as contribute meaningfully to the development of the State.
On his part, the Chairman Adavi traditional council of chief and Ohi of Adavi, HRH. Alhaji (Dr.) Mohammed Bello has appreciated Governor Yahaya Bello for the reappointment of Hajiya Aishat Suleiman as Managing Director, Kogi investment and property Limited.
The traditional ruler described her reappointment as divinely in view of hard work, sincerity, prudence in managing resources, commitment and dedication to duty.
The Adavi monarch further said Hajiya Aishat Suleiman remains the woman who knows no boundaries when she wants to reach out to people.
“She has no enemy in her life even people who are perceived enemies she takes them as friends. “I can attest to that and everybody can attest to that in Adavi and even beyond she reaches out to people.”
“The little she has, she shares among people. That is why her reappointment is a joy to the Adavi LGA and entire Kogi Central. We thank Governor Yahaya Bello for her reappointment.
“It is well deserved and we are assuring the Governor that we will stand by her anytime, any day and we pray God to continue to bless the Governor and grant him the wisdom, strength and long life to take the state to enviable heights,” the Ohi of Adavi stated.
Other Stakeholders who thanked the Governor for considering their sister worthy for reappointment includes, Hon. Alhaji Ozigi Mayaki, former Chairman of Adavi LG, Alhaji Yusuf Manman, former permanent Secretary and GYB tempo youth among others.
They described Hajiya Suleiman’s reappointment as one of the best things that had has ever happened to their domain considering her productive inputs.
