Hon. Christabel Eremah Ekwu, the PDP House of Assembly candidate for Akoko-Edo North Constituency paid His Royal Highness, Oba A.A. Ojeifo, the Oni Lampese of Lampese in his palace yesterday. This visit was necessary by the candidate as some unidentified dead bodies(10) were found deposited deposited along Lampese-Ibillo road. She went to discuss with the Oba on various issues including enhancing security in the constituency, which is part of her manifesto.
However, after the heart to heart discuss, the grateful royal father being overwhelmed, enveloped Hon. Christabel Eremah Ekwu with royal blessings. The royal father prayed for her and wish her well in her political journey.
The candidate also visited the site, with Comrade Victor Arogunyo, where the 10 corpses were dumped and discovered on the 1st of November, 2022.
Christabel was accompanied by members of her Campaign Council and several others of her support groups.
