The Allied People’s Movement (APM) National Executive Committee NEC has ratified in its meeting to support People’s Democratic Party PDP in the forthcoming general elections.

In a unanimous decision by the entire house ,the party announced on Thursday 16th February, 2023 at 2;30pm said the party will throw in the towel to ensure the success of PDP in Nigeria.

The NEC also ratified the election of 13 member Board of Trustees BOT of the party to oversee it’s affairs after it’s inauguration.

Alhaji Yusuf Mamman Dantelle, the National Chairman of APM says the decision was taking in the national interest and the interest of the party.

He recalled the earlier alliance in 2019 with APC that protected the party from been delisted by INEC out of the 90 political parties, and reduced the numbers of political parties in Nigeria to 18.

He urged the entire structure of the APM from units,wards, local government and state level to extend their supports and vote massively for the presidential candidate of People’s Democratic Party PDP, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar in the February 25 Presidential election.
