The House of Representatives Standard-bearer of the Labour Party (LP) for Isuikwuato/Umunneochi federal constituency seat of Abia State in the forthcoming general election in 2023, Chief Godwin Amobi Ogah, has congratulated the former Governor of Anambra State and presidential candidate of the Labour, Dr. Peter Obi, on the celebration of his 61 birthday today.
In a message on Tuesday, forwarded to our correspondent, Ogah described the Obi, as an authentic detribalized leader, patriot, and democrat, whose continued contributions to the development of Anambra, southeast, and Nigeria at large, remain unquantifiable, and noted also, that the ex-governor had continued to play unrelentingly greater roles in the genuine efforts of well-meaning Nigerians to achieve economically and Infrastructurally stable nation, tilted at enhancing the welfare of the people.
The LP House of Representatives candidate, further noted that posterity and history will be kind to Dr. Obi for the continuous and tremendous, and as well, unprecedented strides in Nigeria’s economic diversification drive across all critical sectors, adding that, this single effort by the former governor has helped the successive administrations in Nigeria in developing good plans to improve on the economy, and which he said, has impacted the current economic diversification move, and presently solving inflations, to enhance production and commercial goods and services in the country.
Ogah used the medium to affirm the capacity, expertise, and competence of the Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi, to rescue Nigeria from the shackles of bad governance occasioned by the inability of those entrusted with the mandate of the people, to formulate and implement productive and sound policies and programs to address the long yearnings and demands of the Nigerian electorates for an economically sound Abia, where all citizens and residents are secured to do their various business without fears, and also, an Abia, where everyone would access and enjoy the needed dividends of democracy.
He said at 61, Obi is energetic and focused ready and possesses the requisite capacity and the needed competencies to fix Nigeria and restore its complete lost glory, in which all sections of the country would be given Infrastructural facelifts, and the citizens provided the necessary conducive environments to thrive in all fields of human endeavors, and also make contributions in the nation building.
Mr. Ogah, who also used the medium to call on Nigerians to rally around Peter Obi and the Labour party in the coming 2023 general election in the country, as the party at all levels of the federation, is poised to take the lead during the upcoming presidential and gubernatorial main elections, to be held in the country come 2023, and further used the opportunity also, to ask almighty God to continue to grant Dr. Peter Obi and the Labour party, the strengths, wisdom, direction, and abundant prosperity, and as well as, grant the celebrant, many more years to continues with his untiring, laudable and wonderful services to the people and the entire nation.
